The name of the ice cream and coffee blended concoction Cappachillo makes me think immediately of some chimeraical combination of a chinchilla and a chupacabra (blended with coffee and ice cream, of course).
Do you suppose this is an indication of caffeine deficiency, heat exhaustion, or both?
I think it’s an indication of misplaced priorities. Thinking of ice cream and coffee only makes me head for the kitchen. 😀

My first thought was Capuchin monkey/chinchilla flavored beverage. Yours sounds more delicious and refreshing.
Sean, is it that you find chupacabra more delicious and refreshing than Capuchin monkey? Or, did the beverage you initially imagined not contain coffee and ice cream as well?
The former. I suspect the hint of goat’s blood would add a delicious salty tang to the whole melange.
I can’t believe this one got through the focus groups… I’m with you on “chinchilla.” I think it could be a reasonable name for a fuzzy, synthetic material.
