While I would not presume to know the volitional states of rabbits, whether real or plastic, I agree with the child’s assessment of the activity in which the rabbits are engaged.
Are these two Playmobil items separate pieces? If so, it seems as though the male rabbit was specifically designed for mating. Could there be any other natural rabbit posture for long extended forelimbs and folded hind limbs?
After further research, I stand corrected. The company’s information for this toy shows the ‘male’ rabbit begging for food and/or attention from its farmer friend.
